Anger Management

As the name implies, anger management is aimed to provide a treatment to individuals with anger issues. Those issues include prolonged periods of anger, impulsive anger, or anger caused by inconsequential things. Physical symptoms may include sweating, chest tightness, and aggressive behavior. Psychologists are trained in delving into these issues without causing offence or further irritation.

Anger issues can be caused many things, such as social relationships, work situations, and familial dysfunction.


Anger Treatment

The accepted way of treating anxiety is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but other methods can sometimes be used together, such as deep breathing.
